Aaron Kroll

Aaron is the General Council at Overland Property Group. Thinking outside, inside and around the box is something Aaron does exceptionally well. His experience in litigation, combined with a deep understanding of real estate transactions, has given Aaron unique insight into these areas. He is able to approach complex situations from both the legal and business points of view and often sees opportunities and potential problems that others overlook.

Aaron comes to OPG with over 18 years of legal experience representing corporate interests, both large and small, in commercial, apartments, transportation, industrial and mixed-use development, both as plaintiffs and defendants, in state and federal court proceedings involving real estate and contract disputes, restrictive covenants, financing, sale, purchase, lease of office, unfair trade practices, and litigation involving the Federal Employee Liability Act (FELA) and Federal False Claims Act as well as representing financial firms in regulatory investigations.
