Danielle Brown – Director of Operations
Danielle is the Director of Operations for Overland Property Group, where she oversees day to day operations of the company. The oversight of the Operations, Finance and Asset Management divisions allows her to ensure that the stellar industry reputation OPG has become known for is upheld in everything from financial/investor relations to the communities it owns with compliance and asset management. Her ability to create processes through chaos with strategic planning, motivating teams to achieve company goals while delivering on high expectations is key to the organization. Her expertise includes property management, financial and data analysis, strategic planning, streamlining operations, brand strategy, contract negotiation, budget management and more.
Her diverse background as a prior Director and Instructor in Higher Education, Data Management and Provider Relations for a non-profit has allowed her to excel in the fast paced world of real estate development. She has been nationally recognized for her efforts in leadership and development and is recognized as a distinguished alumnus of her alma mater. Currently she serves on numerous boards and causes she is an advocate for such as CAPS. Danielle graduated in 2009 from Kansas Wesleyan University with a Master of Business Administration and in 2005 obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Fort Hays State University.
Danielle lives with her husband and two children in Salina, KS.
